St. Patricks Day

I LOVE holidays!!! However this one snuck up on me!!! I've been so busy I kinda forgot to plan anything. I knew the kids had green clothes they could wear and Bree had St. Patty bows from last year still - so we were good, right?

Well, I was doing Bree's hair when she said "Mom, I can't wait to come home and find all the hidden gold the Leprechauns are going to bring over while I'm at school." Crap.... I guess kids at school have been talking and their moms have done more then me :) - so I was glad I found out what she was expecting before it was too late! Off to the stores I went - with no luck! Store after store everything was sold out!!! Unless you were looking for a beer mug hat & socks - they had those but I didn't think that would be appropriate. Chris got off work and hit stores along the way home for me but it didn't have any luck either. We ended up in PG at the Macey's because we heard they had stuff - nope sold out there too! So I decided I would use gold chocolates - like Rolo's, Reces, etc.... Not a half bad idea - wish I would've have thought of that at the first store. Then they had St.Pattys donuts - so I thought PERFECT - she will love it & I can give the teachers/bus drivers something too! All in All - I think it turned out GREAT!

Before School...
The Bows.... (the hair is always important, right?)

After School - the "gold" and in this case "silver" too - HUNT
I think it turned out ok... she was excited & didn't say anything about it not being the gold chocolet coins we searched so hard for.

Lunch.... and the St. Patricks day Desert
Kaleb - after he got home from school - enjoying his donut!!!
He LOVED the GREEN punch I bought!!!

St. Pattys day Jammies before going to bed! I was a slacker this year and didn't buy the fabric this year before it was sold out - so they had to wear last years jammies - which are now total floods.

Wow - I did it! I finally got my blog caught up :)

Kindergarten Registration

Last year it was so much fun taking Bree to Register for Kindergarten ~ I can't believe how fast time flys. On March 10th we went to a Kindergarten Luncheon to meet Kaleb's Kindergarten teachers.

I can't believe my little man will be in Kindergarten! Wow ~ my oldest is in Kindergarten now and now my youngest next year... my babies are growing up!
On the upside of things ~ Alpine School district has awesome autism Kindergartens ~ I love both the teachers that he might get so I'm a happy camper for one more year. Although we are going to miss Giant Steps sooooooo much!

Kaleb - Dentist/Hospital Trip

I wish I had a cute hospital Picture of Kaleb. He went to Orem Community Hospital and they put him to sleep to fix his teeth. Poor kid had a hard time waking up but other then that he did really well! It was very nice to have him tired for the day ~ I don't get to just hold my little man very often so I loved taking care of him and holding him. Within hours he was back to his crazy self and back to school the next day.

Jammie Pants

I helped with a humanitarian project in our stake to teach how to make Jammie pants. I typed up step by step directions with pictures ~ I don't know if anyone is interested but if you would like me to email them to you let me know.

Candlelight Vigil for Clay's Law

Sweet Kalie and Hanna my cute nieces there to support us!

My cute boy ready for rain! It was suppose to rain but it was a great night with clear skies!

Bree with her Cousins
Is it weird that I love pictures of the back of people?
Kami, Kimmi, & Bree

Sweet Clay ~ Clay's Law ~ he was on top of the world!
Twink and Bree

Made it to the top of the stairs ~ this picture reminds me of Rocky!

Well there are the pictures of that fun night in no order at all :) I'm too tired to care to put them in order... this will have to do.

Clay's Law Senate Hearing

February was packed and I spent lots of time at the capital supporting Clay's Law. It was so educational to see how everything is done there and to meet so many senators and get to know them. I'm so glad I spent so much time with these awesome Autism supporters ~ there are some amazing mommies out there!

Valentines

Valentines Day... Let's play catch up!
Here is my proof that I had my kids all dressed up and we had a ton of fun parties! I just forgot my camera!!!! And what good is a blog post without pictures???
Here is Briana's Valentine she made for her daddy.

On Friday (the 13th) Briana had a Fancy Nancy party that I went all dressed up to help with and then we headed to Kaleb's Class party ~ which Chris got to come to since he was the early shift that day! We had a blast at both school parties and then went out to eat at Applebees (Bre got a gift certificate for a free kids meal from school and REALLY wanted us to go :). Then that night Bre & Kaleb's cousins came and slept over. Chance, Haily, & Kimmi. They had a blast playing the Wii all night long and making beds with the couches and tables all pushed together. Then the next morning I made them cinnamon rolls and pink milk ~ with hearts all over the table. It was so much fun! I wish I took pictures!
