Kaleb Graduated from Giant Steps!!!!

I of course cried through the whole dang thing! Man I wish I could control my tears!!! I just love my little man more then words and it is hard to leave our little safety net we had at this school. We truly loved the school and all of his teachers! He learned so much and it was so nice to finally feel like we were getting the help he needed. I also was sad because I had put so many hopes and dreams into that school - I always thought he would learn to talk there and be potty trained like most kids there learn but it wasn't in the cards for us. He learned a great deal but it is hard to see the reality of how severe my little man has Autism. Not to mention I loved all of the great parents and friends we had at Giant Steps - we will miss everyone! So there were lots of emotions tied to a little preschool graduation! Why do our kids have to grow up? I just want to keep him little :)

Stock Parade

I had to work on Thursday - but daddy knows how much Bre loves the parades so he took the kiddos over to the stock parade that night. Bre was excited that she got candy and Kaleb just loved that she shared!!! We have tried to use the stroller again for Kaleb so we can actually get out of the house again but he doesn't like it so much. But he won't stay with us and he won't walk and the wagon only works part of the time.

Giant Steps Year End BBQ

We tried to get a picture with all the kids and their teachers... as you can see it was a hard to get a good picture!

Kaleb ... of course LOVED the chips and cupcakes (that he is trying to bite open in this picture :)
Teachers and their dates - along with parents ... watching the kids hit the pinata.

Kaleb's teacher Amber - opening the scrapbook the class made for her.

Susan and Holland opening their gifts and Paul opening his scrapbook the class made him.

Jr. LOVED the cupcakes too!

It was such a FUN night! Thanks Jodie for letting us do it in your backyard! We are going to miss everyone! It was so fun to be one of the class moms and help with all the parties! I can't believe the school year is over! We have been looking forward to going to Giant Steps since we found out Kaleb had Autism and we finally got in and I think it was the shortest school year ever! I guess good things go quickly and the other years went slow because they weren't so good :) We'll miss Giant Steps!!!! Thanks to all his teachers and Giant Steps staff - we LOVE YOU GUYS!

Fun day at the Temple with grandma Peggy

My mom took Bre with her on a primary activity in her ward. They took the kids on a bus to the Bountiful temple. She loves hanging out with grandma! Thanks mom for taking her!

Father's Day!

We are so lucky to have the best dad in the world! Bre loved helping me make little "thank you" strips while daddy was at work that morning. We put them up all over the house! Things like I love when we go fishing daddy, or thanks for fixing my bike, and thanks for coming to my school - it was fun to do! Bre really got into making it the perfect day for her daddy. Kaleb - well he liked just wrestling with daddy. We got him a new outfit and had a family party at my parents house. The day before we had a party at his dad's and his cousin's house! So we had a FUN father's day weekend!!!

Love you babe! Thanks for being such a caring daddy!
